The Taco Maker Announces New Expansion Plans For Connecticut

WILLIMANTIC, CT – The Taco Maker, a leader in the Mexican quick service restaurant segment announces new expansion plans for its brand in Connecticut. Company officials say they will hold workshop seminars in several Connecticut cities to qualify potential franchisees for outlet openings in planned locations throughout the state.

Workshop seminars for The Taco Maker will be held at Spanish American Merchant’s Association (SAMA) locations, February 27th at 11am at SAMA Willimantic, 872 Main Street, Willimantic, CT.; February 28th at 6pm at SAMA Hartford, 95 Park Street, Hartford, CT.; and February 29th at 11am at SAMA New Haven, 235 Grand Avenue, New Haven, CT.

Taco Maker is one of three concepts under the The Taco Maker, Inc. (TTM) umbrella, an international franchise system with over 185 units open in the United States, Latin America, and the Far East. TTM projects at least 65 stores will open in 2008 in Florida, North Carolina and Connecticut with projections to sign agreements for over 1000 stores by 2011.
