Based out of Orlando, Florida, FransGlobal provides management and marketing support to growing regional franchises that include brands such as The Taco Maker, the largest Mexican quick service restaurant in the Caribbean Basin; Angel’s Great Food and Ice Cream, a retro style, family oriented quick service restaurant featuring all-beef gourmet hot dogs and specialty ice cream; Camille’s Sidewalk Café, an elegant, coastal inspired fast casual concept based out of Tulsa, Oklahoma; and Chester’s Fried Chicken, a popular franchise brand with a total of more than 1,500 licensed and franchised locations throughout the U.S. and internationally.

In 2006, FransGlobal began providing marketing and management assistance to The Taco Maker, Inc. (TTM), an international franchise system with over 185 units open in Latin America, the US, and the Far East. TTM owns and operates The Taco Maker restaurant which is currently the largest Mexican quick service restaurant in Puerto Rico and is well known for its high quality and flavorful Mexican food including tacos, burritos, nachos, quesadillas, salads and desserts.
TTM’s other two brands include Jake’s Over The Top, a quick service restaurant offering a unique line of hamburgers, sandwiches, chicken tenders, fries, onion rings, and ice cream treats. The third brand is Mayan Juice, a quick service concept offering real fruit smoothies and health boosters.
FransGlobal also provides assistance to the 20-year exclusive Master Franchisee of Camille’s Sidewalk Café in developing the brand in Puerto Rico, parts of Florida, the Caribbean, and Central and South America. In addition, FransGlobal provides assistance to Chester’s Master Franchisee to develop the brand in Puerto Rico and Florida. According to FransGlobal, more than 1,200 Taco Maker, Jakes Over the Top, and Mayan Juice stores are planning to open by 2011.
